Making the grade: Should schools
be failing kids?
Elizabeth Morley, the recently reappointed principal of the ICS Lab
School participated in a panel discussion on the issue of Failing
Kids on CBC Radio One's The
Current (part one). The
discussion focuses on practices of holding back students who haven't
met the requirements and of "social promotion".
