Research Overview

Dr. Woodruff's research interests include cognition and learning; developmental issues in children's knowledge building; technology in education; computer-supported discursive environments for mathematics and science education; and design research.

In applied practice, Dr. Woodruff is interested in preservice education and the development of the teacher as a practitioner/researcher.

CTL1923S: a course designed to look at the role technology plays in the context of learning and knowledge-building.
