Research Interests
In my clinical research program, we investigate the cognitive mechanisms and treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and co-occurring learning and other mental health problems. Our methods allow us to determine the independence of the cognitive processes, the specificity of their association with each disorder, and the effects of pharmacological and psychological treatments.
The mission of TeachADHD is to provide teachers and other education professionals with resources and materials that have been developed specifically to bridge the substantial gap between current neuroscientific understanding of ADHD and classroom practice.
