There  are several rooms available for students, faculty, and other individuals and groups associated with the department to use for various events, clubs, research meetings, and so on.

The rooms are 7-216 on the seventh floor and rooms 9-104,9-105,9-202 and 9-297 on the 9th Floor.

Booking a Room

Once the interested party has ascertained an available space, they must contact one of the staff by e-mail, by phone or in person. Please give the staff at least one business day to respond.

Multimedia materials are available through the Education Commons.

Rules for Room Usage

According to policies put in place by the University of Toronto, no food or drink is officially allowed in classroom or meeting spaces. Should the booking party decide to bring food or drinks, the booking party is responsible for clearing the classroom of all debris and garbage.

The booking party is responsible for clean-up of the room. Chairs and tables must be returned to their original arrangement.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in restrictions on future bookings for the booking party.
