Research: I am studying the intergenerational continuity of risk, defined as the extent to which a parents negative childhood experiences are repeated when interacting with their children in adulthood. My research is focused on understanding what perpetuates the generational transmission of disadvantage, and how children within and between families are affected differently by shared risks.
