2013 Initial Teacher Education Student Rebate

Take an AQ course with OISE, Spring or Summer 2013, and receive $100 towards your 2013 Ontario College of Teachers membership fee!

Eligibility:

• If you are a graduate of the 2013 Initial Teacher Education Program (includes MA and MT) at OISE, University of Toronto, (running from September 2012 – June 2013) AND have also successfully completed either a Spring 2013 or Summer 2013 Additional Qualifications course here at OISE, University of Toronto, you are eligible for the $100 rebate.
   
• IMPORTANT: To apply for the rebate you must first have paid your Ontario College of Teachers membership dues and be listed on the Ontario College of Teachers Public Registry (viewable at www.oct.ca website)
   
• Claims must be received by OISE | Continuing & Professional Learning office by the deadline listed with the associated rebate in order to be eligible. Regrettably, rebate requested after the deadline will not be accepted.

Deadlines:

Spring AQ Course Rebate Deadline: July 31, 2013 at 4:30pm

Online Rebate Form will be available in June 2013

Sumer AQ Course Rebate Deadline: September 30, 2013 at 4:30pm

Online Rebate Form will be available in July 2013

Processing:

Once the deadline closes, all cheques will be processed and mailed within 6-8 weeks thereafter.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

OCT recommendations for successful completion of Spring or Summer AQ Courses will be sent to the Ontario College of Teachers on the above noted dates (Spring - July 31 and Summer September 30).

Failure to have paid the Ontario College of Teachers membership dues and be listed on the Ontario College of Teachers Public Registry, before those dates, will result in your AQ Course recommendation NEVER being sent or added to your Certificate of Qualification with the Ontario College of Teachers.
