2012 T2202A Tuition fee tax receipt (T2202A) Information:

Tuition fee tax receipt (T2202A) for income tax purposes will be available on Monday, February 25 2013 on the Student Web Service for the current tax year (2012). Tax forms are not mailed. You must view on-line and print if you wish. There are currently no amounts listed on the forms, they will be listed on February 25.

The 2012 tuition fee tax receipts only reflect eligible tuition fees. The $100 non-refundable application processing fee is not part of the eligible tuition fees.

• What you will need
  • Your 10-digit University of Toronto Student Number. If you do not have this you can get it by signing into your AQOAS profile - https://aqoas.oise.utoronto.ca/.
  • Your Student Web Services PIN number (for first time users, your PIN is your date of birth, YYMMDD)
  • A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, so you can view the tax form.

• How to obtain your tax form
  1. Follow this link to Student Web Service.
  2. Log in to your Student Web Service (SWS) account. Your AQOAS username and password is NOT the same as your ROSI username and password. You will need your 10-digit University of Toronto student number to log in. Again, if you do not have this you can log in to your AQOAS profile - https://aqoas.oise.utoronto.ca/.
  3. First time users: Your initial PIN is your date of birth (format: YYMMDD). You will be required to change this PIN the first time you log in to the SWS. Follow the 'First time users' link on the SWS sign in page for instructions on how to change your initial PIN. If you need your PIN reset, call 416-978-2474.
     Important: DO NOT reveal your PIN to anyone.
  4. Click on the "Tax Forms" button from the left-hand sidebar.
  5. Click on the link to 'Display and print T2202A form(s) for the past 7 years'.
  6. Click on the red 'Continue to T2202A form' button once you have read the information about the tuition fee tax receipt (T2202A) form.
  7. Select the taxation year and click 'View'.
  8. Your tuition fee tax receipt (T2202A) can only open in a pdf reader. Please ensure that you have a pdf reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, so you can view and print the tax form.

Note: Please do not make changes to your contact information in the Student Web Service (ROSI) system. If you need to update your contact information, you must do so in the AQOAS system.
