I am very proud to be part of the OISE community and feel privileged to lead a team of professionals at the CAO office. We are committed to be the effective enablers for OISE’s academic goals and priorities by providing effective and useful resources, tools, information and systems. We as a team have developed the following mandate and value statement to guide our practices at OISE:

As a strategic partner, the Office of the CAO provides leadership and expertise in the development, implementation and evaluation of OISE's strategic plan ensuring efficient & effective management of faculty resources.

We promote organization excellence, operational efficiency, and employee engagement & recognition.

We provide comprehensive and professional services to the OISE community with expertise in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, data management & legislative & policy compliance.

We are a team that values respect, teamwork, integrity, collegiality in a supportive, professional environment that fosters innovation, diversity, and recognition with a commitment to embracing change.
