Training and Development
The University of Toronto is dedicated not only to the education of its students, but also to its employees. Creating a culture of lifelong learning allows the University to remain competitive, to fully perform its mission, and to fulfill and achieve its goals.
Employees are able to improve their knowledge, skills and abilities so that they are able to serve the students and community in the best way possible. They are able to think critically and communicate effectively, adjust to a changing environment, and enhance the quality of their work life.
Several departments and units on campus do provide specific training and development programs, lunch information sessions, or workshops that may be of interest.
