Food Services
The OISE Cafe on the ground floor has expanded their menu to include a variety of paninis and homemade soup.
The 12th Floor Cafe opened on September 10, 2012 and is offering great grab n' go items including homemade soup.

Security Services
These services are managed in co-operation with the University of Toronto Police. Call Security at 416-978-3636 for the following:

Lockers
Lockers are located on the concourse level and are available to be rented on first-come- first-served basis.
Guidelines
- Lockers are rented to OISE Students ONLY for the length of each school term (Sept. –June 15th) renewable on June 1st.
- The yearly fee is $20.00 (cash only).
- Locks are provided by OISE and all other locks will be removed.
- Unauthorized users will have all contents removed and disposed of without warning.
- Locks must be returned to room C-100 when locker is emptied.
- All contents left in lockers will be removed and disposed of as of June 30th.
- OISE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY LOCKER.
- OISE reserves the right to open any locker at any time to investigate the contents.
- The users of OISE lockers will not store any hazardous materials of any kind in the locker.

OISE reserves the right to cancel the use of any locker at any time by refunding all fees paid.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found Office is located in the Concourse level at room C-100. All items except for T-cards and USB keys are recorded in the Lost and Found book on a daily basis.
Items of value eg. wallets, cell phones, iPads, laptops are immediately brought to the OISE Facilities & Services Manager who will try to contact the owner immediately.
All items are kept for a period of six months and will then be disposed of.
Lost items can be picked-up at room C-100 during the day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In the evening and in the week-ends, the Security officer on duty will be able to access the log book and retrieve any item as required.
When the lost item is picked up (ID will be required for wallets) it will be noted in the book and a signature to confirm the pick-up will be required.
All T-cards are collected by OISE Library who will in turn forward them to Robarts Central Library.

The University provides caretaking services to the OISE building.

The University provides recycling & waste management services to the OISE building.
In keeping with the fundamental principles and objectives of the University's Environmental Protection Policy, the University also makes every effort to reduce the impact our waste has as it reaches its final destination.

Art Collection
The art collection at the University of Toronto comprises some 4800 works of art, many of which are held in storage at the Art Centre. Approximately 1200 pieces are installed throughout the campus.
We at OISE are so fortunate to house approximately 70 of their art pieces. These pieces are not to be touched and can be relocated only under the supervision of the Collections Manager.
