2012-2013 CTL Governance Schedule

The CTL Goverance Schedule identifies CTL Council, CTL Council Executive, and the Chair's Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting dates. The CTL Governance Schedule places these departmental meetings in relation to the overall OISE Governance Schedule. Official changes to program must first be approved by program committee, then at CTL Council, and then at the OISE Faculty Council's OISE Graduate Education Committee subcommittee (GECO) before they are sent to the School of Graduate Studies for approval.

Dean's Office Governance Meeting Dates - 2012-2013

The Dean's office Governance Meeting Dates - 2012-2013 chart identifies Graduate Education Advisory Committee (GEAC) meeting dates which have changed from Fridays to Wednesdays at 10:00 am. The other important dates are the submission proposal deadline dates for the Graduate Education Council (GECO).

Proposal deadline dates vary only slightly from year to year.
This academic year they are as follows: August 31, October 5, November 30 and February 22.

February 22, 2013 is the FINAL proposal date for new course proposals to be included in the 2013-14 SGS Calendar

PLEASE NOTE: Early October, 2013 is the GECO proposal deadline:

for new course proposals with a January 2014 start date.
for program changes for inclusion in the 2014-15 SGS Calendar
for changes to Admissions and Program Requirements for inclusion in the 2014-15 SGS Calendar, All proposals must go to the GECO for approval, the Dean's Office will forward approved proposals on to the Faculty Council.
