Prospective Students

The Department of Curriculum, Teaching & Learning (CTL) has the following 3 dynamic graduate programs:

CSTD and LLE offer students a Master of Education degree (M.Ed.), and a Master of Arts degree (M.A.), both of which can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis.  CSTD and LLE also offer a full-time PhD and a flexible-time PhD (flexible-time PhD students are permitted more time to complete the degree and are allowed to take courses on a part-time basis).  Students admitted to any CSTD or LLE degree also have the option to add a Collaborative Program as an additional graduate qualification.

The M.T. program offers a two year Masters degree that includes Ontario teacher certification.

CTL is committed to growing the synergy between research and practice, a guiding principle typified by our strong participation in Teacher Education at OISE.

Apply for one of our CTL programs via a web-based self-administered application.
Our Registrar's office has detailed information on our application process to help you.
