18. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
There are three options: (1) Early Bird; (2) Regular One Session, and (3) Regular Full Institute. Details are outlined below; note differences in due dates for application, tuition amounts, tuition deposit amounts and due dates, and tuition balance payment due dates.

To guarantee consideration of your application, submit this completed on-line application form to humanrights@oise.utoronto.ca by clicking on "Submit" at the end of this document, and then print out and mail a hard copy of your application with a deposit, as outlined below, to be received at our office no later than February 15, 2007. Late applications will be considered if space is available. Acceptances will be notified by February 22, 2007 latest.

Application Due Dates. Applications must be received at our office by February 15, 2007 latest with a deposit, as outlined below. Applications received without deposit will not be considered.

Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.

Payments. Payment must be made by bank draft or money order, in Canadian funds drawn on a Canadian bank or in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to “Centre for Women’s Studies in Education OISE/UT.”

Refunds. All deposits are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of US$75/CD$90. Those accepted will be notified by February 22, 2007 and the full deposit will be applied to tuition fees. Cancellations before March 1, 2007 will be eligible for a refund of the tuition received less the administrative fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2007 will be eligible for a refund only if the 2007 Spring Institute enrollment is at capacity. Tuition balances owing must be paid in full by March 15, 2007 or application will be considered cancelled.


APPLICATION DUE DATES and TUITION AMOUNTS
(1) Early Bird: December 1, 2006. Tuition is US/CD$2,000 per session (3 weeks).
(2) Regular One Session: February 15, 2007. Tuition is US$2,250/CD$2,500 per session (3 weeks).
(3) Regular Full Institute: February 15, 2007. Tuition is US$4,000/CD$4,500 for full institute (6 weeks).

TUITION DEPOSIT AMOUNTS and DUE DATES
(1) Early Bird: Full tuition of US/CD$2,000 per session must accompany application by December 1, 2006.
(2) Regular One Session: Tuition deposit of US/CD$500 by February 15, 2007 with application.
(3) Regular Full Institute: Tuition deposit of US/CD$800 by February 15, 2007 with application.

TUITION BALANCE AMOUNTS and DUE DATES
(1) Early Bird: Full tuition of US/CD$2,000 per session must accompany application by December 1, 2006.
(2) Regular One Session: Tuition balance of US$1,750/CD$2,000 by March 15, 2007.
(3)Regular Full Institute: Tuition balance of US$3,200/CD$3,700 by March 15, 2007.
