http://www.oise.utoronto.ca/cms/cmsdeepeningknowledge/UserFiles/Image/Solo.pngInspired by a number of true stories in Jerry Brodey's life and his work with adolescents, Solo: A Boy's Journey is a tale about two discouraged thirteen year-old boys, native and non-native, who come together under a troubling circumstance during a rite of passage journey in Canada's north. The journey leads the boys away from their childhood towards manhood in a wilderness that is both frightening and life changing.
