Copy Contacts
Email Migration - Move FirstClass Data (Optional)
This process will copy all or some of your personal Contacts from FirstClass, which you can then reference in Outlook or Entourage.
I am using FirstClass Version 9 or higher.
Not sure what version you have? Here is how to check. Log in to FirstClass on your computer. PC users click on "Help" in the top menu and then "About FirstClass Client". MAC users click on "FirstClass" in the top menu and then "About". If you have version 9.002 or 9.104 (as shown below), you are ready to go.

If you do not have a version 9 or higher, please close out of FirstClass. PC/Windows users Click Here to download the latest version. Apple/Mac users Click Here. Once downloaded, run/install the file. This upgrade process will not change any of your FirstClass settings, the interface will just look slightly different.

Export contacts From FirstClass
Both PC (Windows) and Apple (Mac) users.
1) In FirstClass, open your "Contacts".
2a) If you wish to export all of your contacts, choose "File" from the top menu, and then "Export..." and select "For use with Outlook (.csv)". Click OK.
2b) If you wish to export specific individual contacts, choose the specific contact (or highlight multiple contacts), right-click and choose "Export...". Make sure only "Selected contacts" is chosen, and then select "For use with Outlook (.csv)". Click OK.
3) It will ask you to save the file name.
By default, it will choose your first contact name as the file name, although it will save ALL of your contacts in this one file, not just that single contact. Please rename the file to something like "FirstClassContacts.csv".
Please remember the location that you save the file, as you will need this later. The Windows default location is: My Documents -> FirstClass -> download. The Mac default location is Library -> firstclass -> download.
Click on Save.
4) Click Close when complete.
Apple/MAC users: click here Import your contacts into Entourage.
