Move Sub-Folders
Email Migration - Move FirstClass Data (Optional)
Please follow these steps to move messages you have in sub-folders.
You will be going back a forth between the two programs.
Once all of the mailbox (Inbox) messages have been downloaded to your mail client, you will want to move any of the sent messages remaining in your FirstClass mailbox into a new folder. (If you don’t already have a sent folder, you should create one. Call it something like "Sent Archive" or some other name that isn't already used.)
The only messages remaining in your FirstClass mailbox at this point should be the sent messages that were not downloaded. Select all of these messages and then drag them into the "Sent Archive" folder within your FirstClass mailbox.
Depending on how you want to organize the messages that you are archiving, you may want to create separate local folders within your Outloook/Entourage mail client and move the messages that you download into these local folders.
Since you have only your former FirstClass inbox messages in your Outlook (Mailbox - Your Name) or Entourage ("On My Computer"), you will want to create a temporary folder in Outlook ("my inbox" for example) and move your current inbox messages into this folder.
1)
With your FirstClass mailbox now empty of any messages, you can now start to move over the messages contained in the sub-folders. Open the first sub-folder, select all of the messages and then drag them into your FirstClass mailbox.

2)
Switch over to your Outlook/Entourage client and press "Send/Receive" to initiate the download of these messages. When the messages have finished downloading, move them into a new folder in your Outlook/Entourage mail client and give the folder an appropriate name.

3)
Switch back to the FirstClass client. Move any sent messages into your "Sent Archive" folder.

4)
Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 above for any remaining sub-folders in your FirstClass mailbox.
