1- UTORid and UTORmail Status
Retired Faculty & Staff email Migration
Step One: Set up/verify your UTORid status (required)
If you have not set up a UTORid yet, please follow the Education Commons section on obtaining a UTORid username and password.
If you currently have a UTORid, please "verify your UTORid and password".
then you are already set up with a UTORid account.
Next we need to verify if you have a "forward" setup on your UTORmail account. If you currently forward your UTORmail to your OISE account, you must change your UTORid account settings back to a "Regular Mailbox" as shown below:
Click here to access your UTORid settings.
If you need to change your settings, select "Regular Mailbox".
Don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "modification" request button.
you must wait 24hours after making the modification
before you can continue with the account migration process.
If your account is already set to be a "Regular Mailbox", then you do not need to change any settings.
Once your account is no longer forwarding to your @oise address, please proceed to the next step of the OISE Retired Staff & Faculty migration: 2- Redirect FirstClass.
