Who should attend? Our content management system training is for users currently involved in editing a website for a department, unit, project or initiative at OISE.
If you have taken the mandatory workshops and required general assistance, or if you are not sure if our training is for you, please contact the Client Care Portal .

Mandatory workshops:

  1. Content editors + Homespace
  2. Editing and displaying OISE calendars (events)
  3. Site administrators (for site admins only)

All other training listed on this page is optional .

 


Mandatory Workshops

New content editors and site administrators MUST ATTEND the two mandatory workshops listed below.

If you have recently been approved or started working on an OISEcms website and cannot attend the workshop on the scheduled date, please contact the Client Care Portal as soon as possible.

 

Content Editors + Homespace

This Workshop is mandatory for all new content editors and site administrators.

Learn to:

  • Add and edit content
  • Create and format pages
  • Upload and link documents and websites
  • Use Homespace to batch upload and manage site files

Site Administrators

  • Manage your site and its files
  • Create and organize pages
  • Approve pages and make them live
  • Configure your site
