 Who do we support?

  • OISE faculty, staff & students.
  • Students are not eligible to request software directly; all requests on students' behalf must originate from their faculty or supervising staff member.
  • Students may request help with ministry-licensed software that was pre-approved for student use by their faculty or supervising staff member.

Note: OESS ministry-software can only be used for OISE’s academic program use, not for personal use.

 How do I request it?

Please indicate that you are requesting OESS software or web application software in your message. OISE maintains a library of all current OESS software products.

  • EC Computer Labs

A range of OESS software and Adaptive Technology is available for student use in the EC computer labs on all computers in the OESS software folder. Other products may be installed at the request of an instructor.

See a list of available computing facilities and software in the EC Labs on the Computer Labs page.
