E-mail for Students
Student e-mail at U of T has changed!
All newly registered students receive UTmail+ accounts (@mail.utororonto.ca)
More information on UTmail+
Returning students can continue to use their existing UTORmail accounts (@utoronto.ca) accounts, or sign up for a new UTmail+ account.
Your email username and password is the same as your UTORid and password.
UTmail+ is the Student e-mail system for your @mail.utoronto.ca e-mail address. All you need is a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.). You also have the option to access your @mail.utoronto.ca e-mail with a mobile device like iPhone/Blackberry in addition to webmail.
How do I set up my e-mail?
UTmail+ accounts are automatically created when you activate your UTORid. Please consult our UTORid section for more information.
Please have your UTORid account set up for September to be able to access your e-mail.
How do I access my e-mail?
There is no cost.
Please consult the Education Commons Self-Help section on UTORmail for questions and answers about how to set up, configure and use UTORmail.
How do I forward my @mail.utoronto.ca e-mail to another account?
Your UofT email account must be entered into ROSI
When setting up your UTORid account, it should automatically set your new email into ROSI. Remember to check in ROSI - the university will only send official communications to a university-issued e-mail address.
If you do not have your @utoronto.ca e-mail address entered in your ROSI profile, please login to ROSI and click Edit in the Current Email Address section to update.
