Whether it’s APA or Chicago, or another style guide, this is the help you need to make sure the multitude of details in your document meet the established conventions.

If you’re accustomed to using one particular style guide & find you have to switch to another (perhaps you’re a long-time user of APA, but are submitting a manuscript that must conform to
Chicago), the help you need is here.

A key focus of this service is to ensure that your references and in-text citations are 100% accurate for any style guide you may be required to use or have chosen
to use.

It’s often easy to make small mistakes when you’re focused on writing. Proofreading covers grammatical details such as punctuation, spelling, capitalization, use of emphasis, and use of correct verb tense.

Editing takes a deeper look at your writing, reviewing the logical sequence of presenting the building blocks of your material. Objective recommendations are offered to help you refine the clarity and strength of your presentation.

 What is the cost?

1. Workshops
   Fee per evening: $30 for OISE students & faculty, $60 for all other participants
2. Consultations

• Weekdays: $50.00 per hour
• Weekends: $75.00 per hour
• Statutory holidays: $100.00 per hour
  
  Note: Estimates are free of charge.
  A 50% higher charge over the applicable hourly rate may apply for requests for service that require rush turnaround.
