A lesson that can be done throughout the grade levels and simply adjusted to the ability of the students in class.

Perhaps to partner the students in such a way that they are not necessarily interviewing some one with the same mother tongue/ culture as themselves. This could be explained as "you already know a lot about x, how about learning more about y".
