Conference Registration Fees

• General Earlybird (before Sept. 10th) - $210.00 cdn or usd (includes HST)
• General (after September 10th, 2009) - $230.00 cdn or usd (includes HST)
• Presenters - $150.00 cdn or usd
• Full-time Students - $110.00 cdn or usd

Pre-Conference Registration Fees

• For Pre-Conference add an additional $50.00 cdn or usd per workshop

Refund Policy: Request for refund must be received, in writing, by September 10th, 2011.
A refund will be issued minus $60 administrative fee.

Accommodations

This year we are moving the Holistic Learning Conference to Geneva Park.  As the Park's brochure states "YMCA Geneva Park encompasses over 150 acresof pristine natural peninsulaand over three kilometres ofbeautiful shoreline on Lake Couchiching." Besides providing a more a natural environment, the committee also felt that this residential setting will facilitate community building.

You must book your own accommodation (Friday and Saturday nights) at  Geneva Park. Please note that accommodations at Geneva Park are limited. We encourage you to book your room at Geneva Park before June 30th. We anticipate the conference will fill up quickly. There are limited single rooms so if you would like your own room we encourage you to make your reservation by June 30th.
