Department Specific Courses

HSSSJE Students will find most of the required forms for courses through the Registrars' Office Student Forms Page , e.g., Course Add/Drop Forms, Individual Reading and Research Forms, Course Transfer Forms, Leave of Absence Forms, Theses Supervision Approval Forms and Application to Graduate, just to name a few.

There is, however, one form that is specific to the HSSSJE department that can only be obtained here. For clarification on usage of these forms please contact the Graduate Student Liaison Officer, Kristine Pearson.
