Research Overview As a senior academic administrator for close to twenty years, (including being Director of the former OISE, Principal of Woodsworth College and now Vice President, HR & Equity), I have a general interest in post secondary administration as well as organizational growth and change. I have particular interests in the following areas: academic leadership, in relation to gender and diversity; succession planning within the post secondary system; employment relations and best practice within academic HR; interest based collective bargaining; human rights legislation and associated best practice; the intersectionality of equity issues, especially within the post secondary system; environmental/occupational health and safety in a research intensive setting; Continuing Education, both credit and non-credit, particularly for professional programs.
