1. First you must insert an image file that is a representation of the video. Visitors to your site will click on this link to activate the video. We recommend that the width of the image be no greater than 125px. If you have not already done so, upload the image file to the appropriate folder by clicking on the image placeholder icon above and choosing Image Properties. For more detailed uploading instructions see the CMS manual (the Help link on the left side of this page). 2. The second step is to activate the image as the link to the video file that you have uploaded. Select (click on) the image you have just inserted and click the Insert/Edit Link button in the toolbar. Then, click the Link to a File button. Select Media as the resource type (top left of screen) and choose the video file which you have already uploaded from the appropriate folder. Upload the media file if you have not already done so. We recommend Quicktime (.mov) or Windows media (.wmv) file formats.
