International Centre For Educational Change (ICEC)

The International Centre for Educational Change (ICEC) is a group of scholars and field developers within the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, who work together to investigate, initiate, support and speak out with integrity and authority on changes and reforms in education, locally, nationally and across the world. The International Centre for Educational Change (ICEC) was established in 1995, and is located in the Department of Leadership, Adult and Higher Education. Its purpose is to generate leading edge research and development work on educational change in Canada and elsewhere. Steve Anderson is the Centre Head. Other faculty members of the Centre are Michael Fullan, Nina Bascia, Kenneth Leithwood, Blair Mascall, Lynn Hannay, Wayne Seller; Associate Clay Lafleur; and Research Officer Shawn Moore. The Centre is located on the sixth floor in the south east corner.
