Teacher Education Program Assistant (TEPA)
TEPAs offer doctoral students the opportunity to gain teaching experience by working with instructors in the Initial Teacher Education Program, (B.Ed).
New appointments are for full-time positions (220 hours at a rate of $35.11 per hour) during the September to April period and are renewable for another three years. Students will also receive 4% vacation pay. For students in the guaranteed cohort (Ph.D. Years 1-4), a maximum of $7,899 ($7,596 plus 4% vacation pay) will be counted toward OISE/UT’s funding guarantee.
Available TEPA positions will be advertised on the Student Services website each spring.
