Lesley Elliott

Lecturer


Lesley Elliott teaches Intermediate-Senior Authentic Assessment and Practicum Internship in the MT program. 
In addition to her role as course instructor, she is a doctoral student in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. Her dissertation focuses on a structure-based approach to adolescent literacy and learning developed by M. Hardt and the late Dr. P. Mosenthal.

 


Most recently, Lesley Elliott was the lead in the development of grade 7-12 literacy resources for the Ministry of Education of Ontario, for example Literacy Lessons for Teachers Supporting Students in Dual Credit Programs (2009).  Available: http://www.edugains.ca/newsite/literacy/dualcredits.htm .
