OISE is undergoing organizational change and is at a special moment in its history, setting new directions and positioning for the future with a new strategic plan, new leadership team, and transitioning to a new departmental structure.
OISE's senior academic leadership team includes the dean, associate deans, department Chairs, academic directors and two special advisors to the dean, one on aboriginal education and one on equity and accessibility. As of 2011-2012, Associate decanal portfolios have changed following the conclusion of a year-long consultation and strategic planning process that involved more than 500 community members and stakeholder groups.
