The R.W.B. Jackson Lecture Series
The R.W.B. Jackson Lecture Series was set up as a tribute to the founding director of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, R.W.B. Jackson who served as the director of the Institute from July 1, 1965 - June 30, 1975. This annual event brings outstanding speakers from around the world to OISE in order to discuss major social and educational issues. The event is sponsored by a fund to which friends, colleagues, educational associations and charitable institutions contribute.
