July 4-20: Faculty members post GA job postings online
July 9 & 16, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Faculty assistance available with Susan Hall or Wendy Mauzeroll
July 20: Deadline to submit online GA postings
July 22-August 3: Chairs or Chair’s designate review and approve postings
August 7: GA positions posted live and available to students
August 7, & 9: Student training sessions
August 7-24: Students may apply for the GA positions, faculty members may start viewing applications
August 20: Faculty members may begin to view and rank applicants
August 24: Deadline for students to apply to jobs
August 27: Deadline for faculty to rank applications for each position
August 27: Matching Phase 1 takes place; Employment contracts are generated; and faculty and students have access to Matching Phase 1 results online
August 29: Deadline for faculty and students to sign contracts from Phase 1 matching
August 30: Matching Phase 2; Employment contracts are generated; and faculty and students have access to Matching Phase 2 results online
August 31: Deadline for faculty and students to sign contracts from Phase 2 matching
September 4: Matching Phase 3; Employment contracts are generated; and faculty and students have access to Matching Phase 2 results online
September 6: Deadline for faculty and students to sign contracts from Phase 3 matching
