Summer GA Online System Instructions

 

Step 8: Electronic signing of contracts (Phase 1)
Deadline: April 30, 2013

Faculty and students who were successfully matched in this phase have until April 30, 2013 to electronically sign their contract.  Both faculty and students can sign the contract by clicking on the “Offered” under State (which is a live link).  This will open the GA contract page.

You should carefully read the contract and then indicate your acceptance by clicking “I Agree” and then the “Save Contract” button.

There are four types of “State” that you may see on your page with a successful match. 

  1. Offered – There was a successful match between the GA position and applicant but neither the faculty member or student has signed the contract

  2. Offered-Faculty Signed – the faculty member has signed the contract but the student has not.

  3. Offered-Student Signed – the student has signed the contract but the faculty member has not.

  4. Successful – both the student and the faculty member have signed the contract.
