TEPA Timelines

The TEPA positions will be available online May 6-10 for continuing teaching assistants looking for a different assignment in 2013/2014 and on May 21 - June 18 for new applicants. Please visit the website during both these periods.

For continuing teaching assistants:

April 1-12: Instructors apply to post TEPA job posting online
April 12: Deadline for Instructors to submit online TEPA postings for approval
April 26: Directors approve new job postings
Week of April 29: Email sent to continuing students authorized to use the TEPA Posting System
May 6: TEPA Posting System goes live for continuing students
May 10: Deadline for continuing students to indicate which jobs for which they are interested
May 13-16: Faculty review and interview applicants
May 17: Final matches are made available to students and instructors on the TEPA Posting System
May 21 - 29: Instructors should visit the My TA/TEPA Supervisions website to complete the DDAH form.

For NEW applicants:

April 26: Directors approve new job postings
May 21: TEPA Posting System goes live for New Applicants
May 21 - June 18: Graduate students apply for TEPA postings
June 18: Deadline for students to apply to jobs
June 19 - July 5: Faculty review and interview applicants
July 8-9: Applicants are matched with TEPA job postings
July 9: Final matching decisions are made
July 10: Instructors whose jobs are matched with a student on July 9 will be notified by email to visit the My TA/TEPA Supervisions website to complete the DDAH form.

Please note: The review/interviewing process should take place in mid June-early July, and we ask that Instructors be available tointerview applicants during that time.
