TEPA Online System Instructions Step 10: Electronic signing of contracts (Phase 2) Deadline: July 13-14, 2012Instructors and students who were matched in this phase have until July 14, 2012 to electronically sign their contract. Both instructors and students can sign the contract by clicking on “Offered” under State (which is a live link). This will open the TEPA contract page. You should carefully read the contract and then indicate your acceptance by clicking “I Agree” and then the “Save Contract” button. There are four types of “State” that you may see on your page with a successful match. Offered – There was a successful match between the TEPA position and applicant but neither the instructor or student has signed the contract Offered-Instructor Signed – the instructor has signed the contract but the student has not. Offered-Student Signed – the student has signed the contract but the instructor has not.
Successful – both the student and the instructor have signed the contract.
