Step 7: Matching Phase 

Deadline: May 17 (Continuing teaching assistants) / July 9, 2013 (New applicants)

In this phase, your job is matched with the best possible applicant choice.  For example, we will first match instructors with their first-choice applicant who has chosen their position as their first choice. Next, we will match instructors second choice applicant who has chosen their position as their first choice, and so on.

Both instructors and students should check their TEPA homepages on May 17 (for continuing teaching assistants) and July 8 (for new applicants) to ascertain whether they were successfully matched.

To determine if you have been matched in this phase, click on the applicant icon (looks like two people) under Actions. If you have been successfully matched in this phase, you will see “Offered” next to the applicant that was placed in their position.
