Welcome to the TEPA Online Posting System. We are happy to announce that the Teacher Education Program Assistantship (TEPA) new job postings process for 2013-2014 is now available online.
On this website, you will be able to:
- Apply to have your job opportunity posted on the TEPA Posting System that will be available for students
- View the status of your application to post
- View student applications for your job opportunity
- Rank student applications for your job opportunity
- Confirm whether your job has been successfully matched with a teaching assistant
Benefits of the new online TEPA system
• Instructors/Faculty members will have access to the system on- and off-site (using their UTORid)
• Students will have access to the system on- and off-site (using their UTORid)
• Students will be able to provide a rational and rank each position for which they apply
• Administrative staff workload will be reduced
• We will be contributing to meeting our goals of sustainability as we move to a paperless system
As you work with the system, some resources are available to you. In compliance with the CUPE collective agreement, we must post all TEPA positions on May 21st and therefore must follow the TEPA timeline.
