Graduate Student Jobs
OISE Provides a number of graduate student job opportunities for our students. In 2010, we moved from a paper-based hiring process to an online system for our Graduate Assistantships (GA). In 2011, we provided an online system for the hiring of Teacher Education Program Assistant (TEPA) positions and Teaching Assistantship (TA) positions at OISE.
This section of the website will give faculty members access to the online hiring systems.
With this shift from a paper-based process to an online system, we hope to improve faculty and student experience by providing greater access for everyone. The online system will also allow us to automate processes such as the matching process and the generation of contracts.
Benefits of the new online hiring system:

Students will have access to the system on- and off-site (using their UTORid or Email address)

Faculty members will have access to the system on- and off-site (using their UTORid)

Students will be able to provide a rational and rank each position for which they apply

We will be contributing to meeting our goals of sustainability as we move to a paperless system
