Descriptive transcript of video

Dean Glen Jones is sitting his desk and writing on a notepad. All of a sudden, a small sign drops from the ceiling.

Dean Jones catches it and looks at it with curiosity. He holds up the sign, which reads “Happy Holidays,” and covers the screen with the sign.

Happy and cheerful music begins to play.

Dean Jones pulls the sign away from the screen to reveal a new setting. He is now sitting at a desk, surrounded by holiday gift bags. He puts down the Happy Holidays sign and smiles at the camera. He picks up a gift bag, and puts a book into it.

Dean Jones picks up the Happy Holidays sign again, and drops it towards the ground.

In this next scene, student Chrystal Morgan is typing on her laptop. She looks bored. All of a sudden, the Happy Holidays sign drops from the ceiling.

She catches it and looks at it with curiosity. Then, she brings the sign towards the screen and covers it.

Chrystal pulls the sign away from the screen to reveal a new setting. She is now standing by her Christmas tree that is decorated with lights and ornaments. She smiles widely at the camera, and then begins placing ornaments on the tree.

She looks at the camera with a big smile, and drops the Happy Holiday sign towards the ground.

In this next scene, OISE staff member Helen Huang outside picking up sticks from her backyard. She looks tired and worn out. All of a sudden, the Happy Holidays sign drops from the sky.

Helen catches it and looks at it with curiosity. Then, she brings the sign towards the screen and covers it.

Helen pulls the sign away from the screen to reveal a new setting. She is now sitting outside with her dog. She plays with her dog for a little bit and then she smiles widely at the camera and drops the Happy Holiday sign towards the ground.

In this next scene, OISE alum Michael Salvatori is sitting on a chair, reading a book. He yawns. All of a sudden, the Happy Holidays sign drops from the ceiling.

Michael catches it and shrugs. He brings the sign towards the screen and covers it.

Michael pulls the sign away from the screen. He is standing next to a tray of decorated cookies. He puts down the Happy Holidays sign. He picks up a plate and places some cookies onto it. He holds the plate of cookies towards the camera, and smiles.

He picks up the Happy Holidays sign and drops it towards the ground.

In this next scene, a 9-year-old child, Shawn, is folding laundry. All of a sudden, the Happy Holidays sign drops from the ceiling.

Shawn catches it and looks at it with curiosity. He brings the sign towards the screen and covers it.

Shawn pulls the sign away from the screen. He is now sitting in front of a fireplace, surrounded by a book, a donut, and a bowl of chocolates. He takes some chocolates and puts it in his mouth with a smile.

He picks up the Happy Holidays sign, stands up, and drops it towards the ground.

In this next scene, OISE communications officer Perry King channel surfing. His remote control is pointed at the television and he looks very bored. All of a sudden, the Happy Holidays sign drops from the ceiling.

Perry catches it and looks at it with curiosity. He brings the sign towards the screen and covers it.

Perry pulls the sign away from the screen to reveal that he is now sitting next to a decorated Christmas tree, while holding a glass of egg nog. He takes a sip from the glass while holding the Happy Holidays sign in his hand. He drops the sign, to reveal another sign underneath of it. This new sign reads From Your OISE Family.

A message now appears on the screen that reads Happy holiday from your OISE family.
