Deferral of Fees Based on Receipt of Major Award

Please note that this Fee Deferral form cannot be used for deferrals based on receiving OSAP. Fee deferrals based on OSAP can be processed online through ROSI.

Graduate students who are receiving a major award, either external or internal, may apply for a "Request to Register Without Payment (deferral of their fees). This option is also open to any graduate student who holds a Graduate Assistantship (GA), Teacher Education Program Assistant (TEPA), Teaching Assistant (TA), or Sole Responsibility Position. A fee deferral will register you on the ROSI system, as well as defer all service charges until April 30, 2013.

The request for tuition fee deferral is conditional on the following:

• That your award covers the minimum first payment indicated on your Fees Invoice
• That all admission conditions have been met
• That your account does not have an outstanding balance from a previous session of over $100.00.

If you are receiving a Graduate Funding Package please do not use this form.  You can process your fee deferral online through the ROSI system.

Instructions for Completion and Submission of "Request to Register Without Payment" Form

• The "Request to Register Without Payment" form is available here.
• Complete and sign the form. Unsigned requests or incomplete forms will not be processed. All requested information is required in order to process the deferral.
• Return the form to Wendy Mauzeroll, OISE Dean's Office, 12th floor, 252 Bloor St. W.
