TA Online System Instructions

Step 1: TA Job Postings Go Live
May 6, 2013 (Continuing teaching assistants) / May 21, 2013 (New applicants)

Eligible students with valid UTORid are able to view all approved TA postings.

You can test out whether you have a valid UTORid by logging in at weblogin.utoronto.ca. It is recommended that you do this before the system goes live. New candidates cannot obtain a UTORid until they formally accept their offer of admission and obtain a T-card. Therefore, it is very important to provide all required documentation to the Registrar’s Office and obtain a T-card and UTORid asap. Information on obtaining a TCard can be found at www.utoronto.ca/tcard/who.html. Once you have a T-card you will be able to set up your UTORid and access your email account.

If you are having problems logging into the test site or there is a situation which will delay your ability to be registered in time to obtain a UTORid please send an email to oise.gradta@utoronto.ca for assistance.

Please note: During the week of May 6-10, only continuing teaching assistants will have access to the system.
