Graduate Job Postings

OISE provides a number of graduate student job opportunities for students.  In 2010, we moved from a paper-based hiring process to an online system for the Graduate Assistantships (GA).  This year, we will also be providing an online system for the hiring of Teacher Education Program Assistant (TEPA) positions and Teaching Assistantship (TA) positions at OISE.

With this shift from a paper-based process to an online system, we hope to improve the faculty and student experience by providing greater access for everyone.  The online system will also allow us to automate processes such as the matching process and the generation of contracts.

This section of the website will give students access to the online hiring systems.

Benefits of the new online hiring system:

• Students will have access to the system on- and off-site (using their UTORid or Email address)
• Students will be able to provide a rational and ranke ach position for which they apply
• We will be contributing to meeting our goals of sustainability as we move to a paperless system.

GA Positions

If you are a recipient of a Graduate Assistantships for the 2013/2014 Academic session you will use this on-line system to apply for and obtain a GA position.  If you have not been awarded a GA you will not be able to log onto the system.

TEPA Positions

Students who are intending to be registered full-time in September 2013, and have a completed Master's degree may apply.
