Updating Your Contact Information
Please ensure that your mailing address on ROSI is current at all times. This is for two reasons. First, ROSI will not process any refunds or awards for students without a valid mailing address on the system. This applies even when you have your banking information set up on the system. If your mailing address is invalid or expired, no cheque or direct deposit will process. Second, we occasionally need to send out mailings with important information regarding the funding to all funded cohort students. This address information is downloaded from ROSI weekly and used for mailing labels. If your mail is returned to the Deans Office, we will not be able to track your correct address and you could miss out on vital information. In addition, on a regular basis we download the email addresses on ROSI to import to our listserv which is used to provide important timely information to all students in the Funded Cohort.
If you wish to receive your funding in a timely manner, ensure that your address is current. If you are having problems updating your information, you should contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance.
Effective September 2006, students are required to have a university-issued email account and to provide that email address on ROSI. If you have not done so, please activate your university-issued account and add the address to your personal information on ROSI.
