Academic Excellence Award

OISE will again be awarding $2,000 to all OISE students who are receiving a major external scholarship of $15,000 or more in the 2012/2013 academic year.

To receive this award students must complete the application form and submit it to Wendy Mauzeroll, OISE Dean's Office, 12th Floor, 252 Bloor St. W. If you have not previously received a form in the mail you may download a copy of the form here.
