Online programs & courses require the same registration procedures as any regular on-campus program or course.

Online Programs & Courses
Graduate Studies
All graduate distance courses require that students contact the instructor of the course via email, once registration has been completed via ROSI.
1. Master degrees
Fully Online Programs:
- A fully online Master of Education cohort is available through the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (CTL)
- It is also possible for OISE students to enroll in individual courses which are fully online and thereby obtain a Masters of Education or Master of Arts via distance education.
Fully Online Courses:
The Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (CTL) currently offers the widest variety of fully online course offerings. There are also courses offered regularly by the other Departments.

2. PhD Degrees
Doctoral programs (Ph D and Ed D) are not available solely by means of distance education. Registered doctoral students may take some distance education courses as part of their program.
Initial Teacher Education
1. Bachelor of Education
Fully online programs
- ITE offers no fully-online courses.
Fully online courses
- There are NO fully-online course offerings within these programs.
2. Graduate ITE
Graduate ITE programs at OISE (MT or MA) may permit candidates to select distance courses as part of their elective requirements. Students should contact their program or department for further information.
Additional Qualifications
Fully Online Programs
There are no fully online programs as part of the School of Continuing Education.
Fully Online Courses
Each semester the Department of Continuing Education at OISE offers a range of fully online Additional Qualification (AQ) Courses for Ontario teachers.Continuing Education at OISE, offers a large selection fully- and partially- online courses. The distance program is well established with over 200 Additional Qualifications Courses running annually.

What do I need to access technology in 2011?
All students will need to have an active UTORid to access their courses on Blackboard, and a valid @utoronto.ca email address to receive communication from their instructors.
