Message From The Registrar
Welcome to the Registrar's Office Website.
OISE strives to be an effective, interactive learning community which, through research, scholarship, and excellent instruction, provides the theoretical knowledge base for education as a domain of advanced study and professional practice. OISE is a centre of excellence for graduate studies, research, field development, initial and continuing teacher education in Ontario. It also is a central and integral part of the University of Toronto with collaborative programs, joint appointments and linkages to a variety of professional faculties and departments.
In relation to the above, and in support of OISE's academic mission, teaching and learning, the Registrar’s Office offers a wide range of services to the institution’s five academic departments. The Office is responsible for facilitating all matters pertaining to the application, admission, registration and graduation processes of OISE's Initial Teacher Education programs and Graduate Studies in Education programs.
The Office prepares and disseminates related literature and information, and administers various relevant academic and administrative policies of the University, OISE and the School of Graduate Studies directly or in collaboration with other offices and agencies as appropriate.
The Registrar's Office team is dedicated to providing timely, efficient, courteous service, along with accurate and valuable information to prospective students, current students, graduates, faculty, staff, the general public and outside agencies, in a professional manner and utilizing available technological solutions in our processes.
In addition to various application forms and information documents, you will find the program calendars, as well as course schedules and fees information through this website.
