To search for information about your decision, enter your OUAC Reference Number in the field below. The OUAC Reference Number is the 10 digit number provided by OUAC when you submitted the TEAS application. (Although OUAC includes a hyphen in this number after the first 4 digits, our system will not accept hyphens or spaces.)

NOTE: This web check is provided as a service for your convenience. Formal communication of decisions is by letter and will be sent to the mailing address that you provided on the OUAC/TEAS application.
