APPLICATION STATUS

Has my application been received?
The Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC)  provides an acknowledgement of the basic TEAS application. You should have also received an email from the Registrar's Office confirming your application to the Consecutive Bachelor of Education or Technological Education Program. 

 

Has my Applicant Profile been received?
The first time you save your Applicant Profile on our website an email message will be sent to you confirming that this has happened.

You can also return to the online Applicant Profile website and review the material that you have saved to our system. (Until the application deadline you can make changes to your material.  After the application deadline, you can not make any changes.)

 

Has my Technological Education Profile been received?
An email from the OISE Registrar's Office provides acknowledgement of your Technological Education Profile. 

 

Have my transcripts been received?
We do not provide a receipt for your transcripts. However, if you have listed a university (and for Technological Education a secondary school and/or college) on the OUAC/TEAS application and a transcript is not received, then we will contact you (via email) and alert you to the need to order a replacement. You will not be penalized if transcripts are delayed or missing, provided that you respond promptly to our notification that transcripts have not been received. Therefore, we ask you to operate on the assumption that your transcripts have been received unless you hear from us to the contrary.

 

Has my English Language Proficiency Test been received?
We do not provide a receipt of official English proficiency test results. However, if you have indicated on the English Language Proficiency Form that you have taken an approved language test before the application deadline and an official statement of result has not been received, then we will contact you (via email) to alert you to the need to order a replacement official statement of results. You will not be penalized if the official statement of results is delayed or missing, provided that you respond promptly to our notification that results have not been received.

NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS

When do I find out about the decision regarding my application?
It is expected that Offers of Admission will be mailed on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.
Refusal letters will be mailed shortly after this date.
NOTE: Admissions decisions (acceptance or refusal) are not disclosed prior to this date. 
 

How do I find out about the decision regarding my application?

• Formal communication of decisions is by letter and will be sent to the mailing address that you provided on the OUAC/TEAS application.
   
• Posting of Decisions for Consecutive B.Ed Applicants
  Information related to your Applicant Profile rating and decision will be posted to the online Applicant Profile website on April 2, 2013, by noon.
   
• Posting of Decisions for Technological Education Applicants
