2012-13 APPLICANT PROFILE LOGIN

All regular applicants to the Consecutive Bachelor of Education Program (Primary/Junior, Junior/Intermediate, Intermediate/Senior divisions) must submit this online Applicant Profile as part of the documentation of their application.

[Technological Education Applicants DO NOT use this form. Use the Technological Education Profile.]

To start entering data on this website you must provide your OUAC Reference Number and your OUAC User ID. In order to ensure that your Profile is matched to your application, you must use the full 10 digit OUAC Reference Number, starting with "2012" and without any hyphens or spaces. You must also use the full OUAC User ID, including all letters and numbers and without any hyphens or spaces. DO NOT "copy and paste" these values from your OUAC confirmation email; type these values carefully into the appropriate fields.

  • The OUAC Reference Number is the 10 digit number provided by OUAC when you submitted the TEAS application. (Although OUAC includes a hyphen in this number after the first 4 digits, our system will not accept hyphens or spaces.)
  • The OUAC User ID is the value provided by OUAC when you first set-up your TEAS application account. The first two characters are capital letters "I" and "T", followed by 7 numbers.

To save data that you have entered you must read and accept the certification statement at the bottom of the Profile. You may return to this website and amend aspects of your responses until the December 1, 2011 application deadline. After December 1, 2011 you will be able to view your responses but will not be able to make any changes.
