Bachelor of Education Degree (One-year B.Ed.)
If you would like to become a certified teacher in only one year, you should explore what the University of Toronto has to offer. Our program leads to a recommendation for teacher certification which is widely respected around the world.
Return home after only one year, as a Canadian qualified teacher with a Bachelor of education degree from the University of Toronto!
To enter the one year B.Ed. program we require a completed Bachelor’s degree (four years or equivalent in duration) with an average in the "B" range. See below for more about the complete admission requirements.

What if you need to improve Your English before Applying?The University of Toronto has an outstanding English Language Program.
